Norm Jackson, Down Under – continued

Not far from Uluru is Kata Tjuta, another sacred place. (See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kata_Tjuta)

In October 2017, I took my wife, daughter, and grandson on a tour of Aus. After a week of diving on the Great Barrier Reef, we took a bush tour around the Northern Territory, which ended up in a night in a swag out under the stars, a wonderful way to experience Aus.

Back at home, I spend my time taking pictures, either of things close to home, like: Our Jade Tree (some call it a ‘Money Tree’) in flower, which I’ve never seen before, or…

a Frangipani out back; or food of my own confection, like…

a soba noodle bowl with seaweed, prawns, chilli, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, and green onions.

In short, Fremantle is a delightful place to spend one’s twilight years…
I’ve got lots more, but I imagine these are enough. If anyone is interested, they can go to https://www.flickr.com/photos/normanjackson/albums to see my albums. Thanks for your interest.
